"If I have to post my review in a few words. I would say the worst gym I have ever joined in my lifetime. But I will tell you in detail. They don't have a squat rack. Don't have a hack squat machine. The smith machine is not aligned properly when you do workout using it. It keeps bobbling. You can see it in the pictures. If the machine gets a breakdown it takes 10-15 days to get it repaired. Their multifunctional pulley machine has only 50kg of weight on one side. And about the trainer. What to say if anyone is able to transform their or someone else's body by reading the books and watching youtube videos then every second person in this world has a good physic. Anyways if your goal is just fitness and have a lot of money kept sideways then you can join because they have good space for the cardio section. AC badhiya chalta hai toh aao enjoy karo photo wagaira click karo snap bano and ghar jao."

"Extremely Disappointed – Long-Time Member Treated Poorly I’ve been a member at Xpress Fitness Gym for over 4.5 years, and I can confidently say the past 1 year has been a complete downfall of this place. Back when the gym was under Ankit, there was still some professionalism and effort. But ever since the ownership and management changed, the gym has become unbearable – horrible admin, no cleanliness, zero maintenance, broken or downgraded machines, and above all, non-functional ACs throughout the brutal summer months (February to June). Despite renewing my membership last August due to Ankit personally requesting me to stay and promising things would improve, nothing got better. In fact, it only worsened. Eventually, I had to stop going altogether – it’s been 7 months now, and my membership has been wasted entirely because the gym was not in a usable condition. Now when I reached out to the current manager, Priyanka, to discuss a genuine compensation for the 7 months I couldn’t attend due to THEIR mismanagement, she refused to offer anything fair. All she could offer was 15 days in exchange for 7 months of non-usage. That’s not only unfair – it’s an insult to a long-term member. It’s absolutely clear that the new management has no respect or concern for client satisfaction, even for those who’ve supported the gym for years. This gym is being run with zero accountability and no basic standards of hygiene or service. To anyone thinking of joining Express Fitness Gym – DON’T. You will regret it. You’ll get poor service, a broken environment, and absolutely no support when things go wrong. I’m speaking from experience, and I hope this serves as a warning."

"Worst gym in Noida Extension area. Don't waste your money here. First they reduced the machines and the workout area. Poor maintenance and poor management, the gym faces technical problems every now and then and they don't even inform it. You reach the gym and find out that the gym is closed for 3 days because of Technical issues. The machines are substandard and their ACs leak making the workout area slippery and unsafe."

"I wish there is an option to give 0 stars. This gym used to be good 1 year back, then they vacated half of the gym area where some coaching classes are being run. They have also sold all the good machines, treadmill, cycles and now they have got some cheap machines and treadmill, and they now have only one cycle. It is nothing but a huge SCAM now where they sold yearly memberships to many members by showcasing the previously well maintained gym and trainers, and then sold all good machines, replaced all trainers and vacated more than half of their area. What's left now is a shop with few cheap machines, non-working AC, uninterested young fellows whom they call Trainers. DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!"

"This branch at gaur city has given me the worst experience when it comes to the gym. The trainers are good but the receptionist is someone no one would like to talk to, They close the gym without informing and will gets shoot done which disturbs the workout session. The owner of the gym hardly cares to respond to any request and the staff excluding trainers are pathetic. Worst gym enviornment. You will find no customer centricity. When I joined the gym receptionist said there are more machines coming in one week and it never happened."
